CCADK is organized into key departments that focus on specific areas of ministry, each contributing to the association’s mission and vision. These include the Youth, Women’s, Christian Education, and Mission Departments.

• Youth Department – Supports the spiritual growth of young people through events, fellowship, and faith-based education.
• Women’s Department – Empowers and encourages women through fellowship, mentorship, and spiritual development.

Youth Department

Mission: The CCADK Youth Department is dedicated to nurturing the spiritual growth, personal development, and active community involvement of young people within CCADK. Built on Christian values, the department strives to create a supportive and empowering environment for all youth members.

Key Objectives: The Youth Department provides opportunities for young people to grow in faith through worship, prayer, Bible study, and mentorship. It organizes youth conferences and events that inspire spiritual growth, fellowship, and active engagement. The department also encourages community involvement through outreach and service projects. A strong focus is placed on leadership development, empowering youth to take on responsibilities within CCADK and prepare for future roles. Regular gatherings and activities help strengthen friendships and build a united, faith-driven youth community.

Programs and Activities: Our triennial Youth Conference is a key event that brings young people together for a powerful time of worship, biblical teaching, fellowship, and spiritual renewal. It strengthens faith, builds unity, and inspires youth to live boldly for Christ. In addition to the conference, we organize Youth Worship Nights—spirit-led gatherings with contemporary music, prayer, and messages that speak to the hearts of young believers. We also hold workshops and seminars that focus on personal growth, faith, education, career planning, and life challenges, equipping youth with practical tools and guidance. Mission and outreach experiences offer opportunities for youth to participate in mission trips, cultural exchanges, and service projects that deepen their faith and broaden their perspective. Recreational activities such as sports events, outings, and camps help build community, strengthen friendships, and create lasting memories within the youth fellowship.

Leadership Structure: The Youth Department is guided by a committed team of youth leaders, mentors, and volunteers who serve with passion and purpose. Working in close collaboration with CCADK’s overall leadership, they ensure that youth programs and initiatives align with the broader mission and vision of the association.

Committed to empowerment, the department supports personal development, leadership, and meaningful contributions in both family and community life, while fostering a strong network of encouragement, mentorship, and support.

Programs and Activities: The Women’s Department offers a variety of programs and activities to support the spiritual, personal, and communal growth of women. These include women’s conferences and retreats that provide space for spiritual renewal, learning, and fellowship. Skill development workshops focus on personal growth, leadership, and career development, equipping women for their roles in family, work, and community life. The department also engages in community service initiatives, allowing women to actively demonstrate Christian values through acts of compassion and outreach. In addition, health and wellness programs promote the overall well-being of women through health education, fitness activities, and mental health awareness.
