The Chin Christian Association in Denmark (CCADK) is a nationwide christian organization that is the heart of the Chin Christian society residing in Denmark. Delegate Assembly Meeting: At the summit of authority within CCADK is the Delegate Assembly Meeting—an embodiment of democratic leadership and the highest decision-making body within the association. The responsibilities of this assembly extend far and wide, encompassing key aspects of governance, policy formulation, and representation, making it the keystone for shaping the trajectory of CCADK.

1. Policy Formulation and Approval: The Delegate Assembly Meeting shoulders the significant responsibility of formulating and approving policies that guide CCADK’s activities. This includes strategic plans, financial policies, and any decisions that have a profound impact on the association’s mission and vision. Through a consultative and deliberative process, the assembly ensures that policies align with the core values and objectives of CCADK.
2. Election of Leadership: A pivotal duty of the Delegate Assembly Meeting is the democratic election of key leadership positions, including members of the Executive Committee. Executive Committee: At the top of CCADK’s leadership is the Executive Committee (EC). Comprising individuals with a deep commitment to the association’s mission and vision, this team oversees the overall direction and strategy. The General Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Assistant Treasure work collaboratively to provide vision, ensure fiscal responsibility, and steer the association toward its objectives.
